Round Bars

A round bar, also known as a round rod or simply a "bar," is a cylindrical metal bar with a circular cross-section. These bars are commonly made from various metals and alloys, including steel, stainless steel, aluminum, brass, copper, and more. Round bars come in various sizes and are used in a wide range of industrial, construction, and manufacturing applications.

The choice of material and size of the round bar depends on the specific application's requirements, including load-bearing capacity, corrosion resistance, and other properties. Round bars can be easily machined, cut, bent, and welded to suit various project needs, making them a versatile material in many industries.

Hollow Bar

A cylindrical metal bar with a hollow center, widely used in machining and manufacturing for creating components like bushings, shafts, and rollers.

Flat Bar

Rectangular bars with a flat cross-section, used for structural frameworks, braces, and general fabrication.

Hex Bar

Bars with a hexagonal cross-section, offering excellent machinability and used in fasteners, nuts, and bolts manufacturing.

Square Bar

Bars with a square cross-section, ideal for structural and decorative applications, as well as machine components.

Types of Round Bar

Hollow Bar

A versatile cylindrical metal bar with a hollow core, designed for machining and manufacturing applications. It offers reduced material weight and cost efficiency compared to solid bars, making it an ideal choice for producing components like bushings, rollers, and hydraulic cylinders. Hollow bars are available in various materials, including stainless steel, carbon steel, and alloys, to suit different industrial needs.

Flat Bars

Flat, rectangular sections of metal commonly used in construction, manufacturing, and fabrication due to their versatility and strength. They are available in various materials like stainless steel, carbon steel making them suitable for diverse applications. Flat bars are used in structural frameworks, braces, supports, and custom components for machinery and tools. Their ease of machining, cutting, and welding makes them a staple material in industries such as construction, automotive, and engineering.

Hex Bars

Hexagon-shaped metal bars widely used in machining, manufacturing, and construction for their unique geometry and versatility. Commonly made from materials like stainless steel, carbon steel, hex bars provide excellent strength and machinability. They are often used in producing fasteners, shafts, fittings, and other precision components. Their six-sided design ensures better grip, torque transmission, and easy handling in various industrial applications.

Square Bar

Solid, square-shaped metal bars commonly used in construction, manufacturing, and general fabrication due to their strength and durability. Made from materials like stainless steel, carbon steel they are ideal for creating structural components, frames, tools, and ornamental designs. Square bars are easy to cut, weld, and machine, making them suitable for diverse applications in industries like construction, automotive, and engineering. Their uniform shape provides stability and a clean aesthetic for various projects.

Bright Bars

Precision-engineered metal bars with a smooth, bright surface finish, achieved through cold drawing or other processes. Known for their superior dimensional accuracy, strength, and enhanced corrosion resistance, bright bars are widely used in industries like automotive, construction, and manufacturing. They are available in various shapes, such as round, square, and hexagonal, and are commonly used in producing fasteners, shafts, machine components, and tools.
